VMP Pressure Relief Valve is an easy-to-install tube type Relief Valve.It is a product introduced by our company from Italian OM company.You can remove the lock nut and then adjust its pressure setting with an allen wrench.It has two P ports for you to connect your system.This is a small, affordable, easy-to-install relief valve and it doesn't take up much space.It has three pressure ranges for you to choose from.It is widely used in the Hydraulic Pack Unit.And it is often fixed beside hydraulic pump to control the pressure of hydraulic system.Like the picture below shows.
After the pressure relief valve,you could fix the Directional Control Valves to control the fluid direction.Hydraulic Check Valve should be fixed after the Pressure Relief Valve.The relief valve limits the maximum pressure in a circuit to the valve's setting.When the circuit pressure reaches the setting,thevalve opens and stops the circuit pressure going any higher.
Use and Operation
The relief valve provides overload protection in a fast and accurate way: when it reaches pressure setting, the valve open allowing pressure relief in order not to exceed this setting.
