Z2FS6 Hydraulic Throttle Check Valve

 Z2FS6 valve is a Throttle Check Valve with a sandwich plate design.

It is used for the main or pilot flow limitation of one or two actuator ports. Two throttle check valves aligned symmetrically to each other limit flows in one direction and allow free return flow in the opposite direction.

The pilot valve from the picture is 4WE6 Series 3-position Solenoid Directional Valves.The Flow Control Valves like Z2FS Series could be seted between pilot Solenoid Directional Valve and the main valve to control the flow rate.

Z2FS Series Hydraulic Throttle Check Valve is designed for the hydraulic system that requires different flow rate while ahydraulic system in operation. Z2FS Series Throttle And Check Modular Valve is easy to control system flow rate while adjusting hexagon socket, especially the hydraulic system is working, the adjustment of ourvalves is not much heavy.

Z2FS Series Hydraulic Flow Control Valve is often installed in middle of the Directional Control Valves(4WH Hydraulic Control Valve and Solenoid Directional Valves 4WE hydraulic solenoid valve) to control the inlet and outlet flow, or end of pipeline in the modeling machines to establish and control back pressure of the system. It is not effective if the back pressure is too large, it will lead to loss the hydraulic power and reduce system efficiency.
