Working Principle Of 4WE6 Series Solenoid Directional Valve

4WE6 Series Solenoid Directional Valve

Hydraulic Directional Solenoid Valve

Brief introduction:

4WE6 type solenoid directional valve is introduced from Germany Rexroth company, which has reliable directional performance, long lasting, durable, and no stucking under high pressure, so it has relatively good sales in the domestic market.

Structural analysis:

4WE6

WE6.... .61/type solenoid valve is mainly characterized by the direct screwing of the threads of the magnetic guide sleeve and the threads of the valve body, and the thrust generated by the electromagnet when it is energized and absorbed directly drives the directional slide valve to make the directional movement. Control of oil flow to start, stop and change direction. The valve is mainly composed of valve body (1), one or two solenoids (2), spool (3) and one or two reset springs (4). When the solenoids are not energized. The spool (3) is held in the neutral or starting position (except for pulse type valves) by the reset springs (4). The action of the spool 3) is realized by the wet solenoid 2). When the solenoid (2) is energized, the force of the solenoid acts on the spool (3) via the push rod (5) to push it from the rest position to the desired operating position. The oil is made to pass from P to A and B to T or from P to B and A to T. When the solenoid is de-energized, the spool (3) is pushed back to the original position by the reset spring (4).

As can be seen from the above diagram, the solenoid reversing valve controls the expansion and contraction of the cylinder, thus achieving the purpose of controlling the direction of the load. Throttle valve to adjust the speed of the cylinder oil inlet and return, so as to adjust the speed of the load action. In the bypass set Relief Valve connected back to the tank, so as to control the system pressure, to prevent the system overpressure damage to the hydraulic components and piping.
